I scheduled an auto rental and after booking realized that the charges were more than quoted.
I immediately cancelled the booking and read that it takes up to 21 days to process the refund.
There is no one to speak to when you call their contact phone number. They take you around in circles.
I have sent emails without any response.
This is a terrible company to do business with. I can't believe they are still in business.
I will never use another company without checking the reviews first!

THEY REFUSING TO PAY THE CAR INSURANCE REFUND,

Never trust this company!!
We booked a car with BOOKINGROUP and asked for a refund using their cancellation policy. They are pretending we asked for a Voucher, and this is absolutely not true!
We ask to get a full refund of our payment of 2400 euros!
And they just do not answer our requests, sending us automatic answers from a bot each time we try to contact them. We called customer services asking them to prove to us that we did ask for a Voucher as they pretend, and they said they can send us this proof!
BIG BIG THIEVES!!
NEVER TRUST THEM and all the complainers should come together and send this company to the court!!

My flight was delayed, whilst stuck on the plane, on the runway waiting to take off I emailed this company informing them that I would be late picking up my hire car.
They did not reply.
On landing in Italy, 2 hours late, the hire company said that my car reservation had been cancelled.
This is a third party set up so you are not dealing directly with the hire company.
They have taken £350 of my money for a car I didnt see.
Had to book another hire car.
ONLY DEAL DIRECTLY WITH A REPUTABLE CAR HIRE COMPANY.
This lot are a bunch of crooks.

- Tried for 3 hours to change the rental name to my wife's name but failed.
- We had to rebook with another company and lost all the money.
It was impossible to get someone from the booking group to change the name of the car rental into my wifes name. She had her drivers license but I have international drivers permit.
I have not been required in surrounding counties around Italy to have my home license. She had hers and I did not. Spent 3 hours trying to get help.
Finally had to walk away and rebook with another company. Lost all the money.

Scam Agency = bookinggroup.com
- Booked a rental car through bookinggroup; it was a scam.
- Paid upfront; voucher not valid; no car provided; refunds not available.
This is scam agency. I made a big mistake booked a rental car using this bookinggroup.
It asked to pay full amount in advance with lower price but finally when I showed the voucher at rental car company, the voucher was not valid. They didn't provide me any rental car.
I lost prepaid money, wasted my time and couldn't get any refund. DO NOT USE bookinggroup.com, bookingcar.com, economybookings.com, and bookingcar-europe.com because THEY ARE ALL SCAM.

Issue with booking car rental
- The site changed my travel dates; I cancelled.
- They charged a cancellation fee and the full rental amount to my card; I still need a rental.
The website system changed the dates of my travel. When I found out it was the wrong dates, I cancelled it and when I started to rebook it I noticed they took my money (cancellation fee) as well as the whole amount of the rental car out of my credit card. I still need a rental but dont want to have this happen again.

I reserved a car with Dollar car rental thru Booking.com to be picked up at Orange County airport, prepaid, and no cars were available when I arrived. I was referred to another company and had to pay full price which was 3 times what i had prepaid.I would like a refund of the $355.15 that i prepaid.
Note: If a client PREPAYS for ANY product or service it should be considered a contractual obligation for both parties to fufill. Booking.com should have to pay the difference from what dollar refunds me AND what i had to pay at the other company similarly to when a hotel or airline overbooks they pay for you to stay or fly at an equal or better establishment.

I moved into an apartment complex in January. I've lost about $30 inserting into a machine that does not work!
One don't know that until after $ is inserted. The whole system is garbage. No one is minding the store, the apartment complex refers us to you. There is NO phone number on the card, and they don't even care.
There is only one washer working in the entire building of 3 floors and no dryers at all.
THE WASHERS ARE WEAK AND DONT WORK WELL EVEN AFTER PAYINGThis whole System is garbage, I will take my time and go the laundry from now on no matter how inconvenient it is! THIS COMPANY IS TRASH AND SHOULD BE AHAMED!!!!
