Extra fees at front desk when precisely the reason why I chose this was to save. Now they wont give me the car and cant help me cause I was billed through that *** 3rd party and am out both a rental car and $532 US dollars. Absolute scam of a website

CANCELED AND NOT REIMBURSED YET.
How long does it take to get reimbursed on credit card? I received an e-mail in 26/06/2023, confirming that my reservation B3159**** was canceled and the refund of 129,13 EUR would take only 3 days.
But till today, I didn't receive anything.
My proof of purchase is exactly the e-mail that I received.

I didn’t use their insurance and they didn’t refund my money. And they refuse to get back with me!
My rental car was canceled by the rental car company and was supposed to get the insurance deposit back and they will get back with me or refund my money.

I had ordered a rental car through you for Oct 7 at San Francisco International airport, reservation B5184****. It was paid in advance Aug 19 for $412.96.
However there was no car available.
We were told to wait 5 hours which was impossible. No message to get a car. Please refund the total car rental fee back to my credit card as we did not get a car!
We are just back from our trip and can only now deal with the issue. No voucher please, but a refund.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

Unpaid car insurance refund
Car insurance Case B 7162****.
The insurance claim was investigated and confirmed on 09/02/3023.
They sent money to the wrong banks twice. 09/02/23 and 12/04/23 , after this they stopped corresponding.
I've sent them numerous
e-mails every one with the correct bank details and NOTHING !!
SILENCE !!! They own mi $ 1021 AUS !!!

I received a email on September 9th stating that my refund would be processed within 7-10 business days
Today is October 7th, and I have still yet to receive my refund. Im in a tight money situation right now and wouldve loved to receive my refund by now, but Im not understanding why I havent received my refund yet.

I scheduled an auto rental and after booking realized that the charges were more than quoted.
I immediately cancelled the booking and read that it takes up to 21 days to process the refund.
There is no one to speak to when you call their contact phone number. They take you around in circles.
I have sent emails without any response.
This is a terrible company to do business with. I can't believe they are still in business.
I will never use another company without checking the reviews first!
If I could give you a zero rating I certainly would!

THEY REFUSING TO PAY THE CAR INSURANCE REFUND,
THE CASE NO.B7162**** MY CAR INSURANCE REFUND WAS INVESTIGATED AND CONFIRMED ON 9/02/23 MONEY SENT TO THE WRONG BANK. ON 12/04/23 SENT TO THE WRONG BANK AGAIN.
AND THERE IS SILENCE SINCE THEN. I KEEP SENDING THEM 2 MAILS A WEEK WITH THE CORRECT BANK DETAILS AND THERE IS NO ANSWER.

Never trust this company!!
We booked a car with BOOKINGROUP and asked for a refund using their cancellation policy. They are pretending we asked for a Voucher, and this is absolutely not true!
We ask to get a full refund of our payment of 2400 euros!
And they just do not answer our requests, sending us automatic answers from a bot each time we try to contact them. We called customer services asking them to prove to us that we did ask for a Voucher as they pretend, and they said they can send us this proof!
BIG BIG THIEVES!!
NEVER TRUST THEM and all the complainers should come together and send this company to the court!!

My flight was delayed, whilst stuck on the plane, on the runway waiting to take off I emailed this company informing them that I would be late picking up my hire car.
They did not reply.
On landing in Italy, 2 hours late, the hire company said that my car reservation had been cancelled.
This is a third party set up so you are not dealing directly with the hire company.
They have taken £350 of my money for a car I didnt see.
Had to book another hire car.
ONLY DEAL DIRECTLY WITH A REPUTABLE CAR HIRE COMPANY.
This lot are a bunch of crooks.

It was impossible to get someone from the booking group to change the name of the car rental into my wifes name. She had her drivers license but I have international drivers permit.
I have not been required in surrounding counties around Italy to have my home license. She had hers and I did not. Spent 3 hours trying to get help.
Finally had to walk away and rebook with another company. Lost all the money.

This said pick up and drop off at the air port it is not at the airport. It's 7 mind away the wait was long for the Suttle and longer to get my car.
My wife can't lift more than 5 lbs cause of surgery. I only got this rental cause it said pick up and drop off at the airport

I moved into an apartment complex in January. I've lost about $30 inserting into a machine that does not work!
One don't know that until after $ is inserted. The whole system is garbage. No one is minding the store, the apartment complex refers us to you. There is NO phone number on the card, and they don't even care.
There is only one washer working in the entire building of 3 floors and no dryers at all.
THE WASHERS ARE WEAK AND DONT WORK WELL EVEN AFTER PAYINGThis whole System is garbage, I will take my time and go the laundry from now on no matter how inconvenient it is! THIS COMPANY IS TRASH AND SHOULD BE AHAMED!!!!
